Job Requirements 1. Bachelor?s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent, with at least 10 years of experience in Internet communications. 2. Active participation with leadership role in IP standards organizations such as IETF and IEEE. 3. Profound comprehension of IP network architecture and experience with IP network planning and design of related products. 4. Extensive knowledge of and experience with Internet application technologies. 5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. 6. Excellent interpersonal skills, good team spirit, and adaptability. 7. Ability and willingness to do frequent international and domestic business travel.
